In an event to be held early next week wife
of late Yash Chopra, Pamela Chopra and Amitabh Bachchan will unveil a statue of
the late filmmaker Yash Chopra at the Bandstand Walk of Stars.
The
statue would be erected to pay tribute to the filmmaker, who gave his audience
timeless classics like Silsila, Kabhie Kabhie and more recently Jab Tak Hai Jaan and is known as the
King of Bollywood Romance.”
Late
Yash Chopra will join the likes of Raj Kapoor and Dev Anand on the Bandstand
Promenade.
