Pandey, Shabana Azmi, filmmaker Rahul Rawail and producer Bharat Shah
were also present at the prayer meeting. 
Pran, 93 was one of
the most celebrated villains of Hindi cinema. He breathed his last on
12th July at Lilavati hospital after prolonged illness. 
The chautha of late actor
Pran was held at the Dhan Pothohar Gurudwara near Rajesh Khanna garden
in Santacruz at 6 in the evening. Pran's inconsolable wife, Shukla
Sikhand was helped by her sons Arvind and Raju at the religious venue. Among the prominent personalities who came in to express their condolences at the ceremony were Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan, Randhir Kapoor, thespian Dilip Kumar who was accompanied with his wife Saira Banu, filmmaker Subhash Ghai and Hiroo Yash Johar.
