Johnny Depp has hardly spoken about his split with Vanessa Paradis, but the actor is slowly opening up.
Johnny says the couple's children, Lily-Rose, 14, and Jack, 11, handled things well because they were honest with them.

"When you have children, there is no room for lies, no room for anything but the truth," he said.
"Anything other than that is a bad example. We were just very thruthful with them and they were just incredibly understanding, incredibly accepting. I was extremely proud of them, the way they dealt with it."
The actor also admitted he's become more protective over his children as they've grown older.
He as admits he's working hard on trying to teach his offspring how not to make the same mistakes he did growing up.
