She's battled a long list of legal troubles in recent years, but Lindsay Lohan won one battle without even having to attend court, after Nubia Del Carmen Preza dropped a lawsuit against her.
Nubia brought a case against the actress in 2012, claiming that she had hit her with her car, while she was pushing a baby stroller across a road in West Hollywood in September 2010.
While the stroller was not hit, the lawsuit stated the accuser suffered 'disabling and serious personal injuries, pain, suffering, and anguish' following the incident, leading her to seek damages for medical expenses and time she was forced to take off work. However, Nubia has now dropped the lawsuit completely, after the case failed to ever come to court.
