Rakesh proposes, Vikram opposes

Since Hrithik Roshan is
not keen on taking up new projects following health issues and more
importantly, his split with Sussanne, papa Rakesh Roshan is gearing up
to get back into the production with other stars. And recently he met a
few directors to helm projects that would be produced under his home
banner Filmkraft. One of them was Vikram Bhatt who had directed Hrithik
in the 2002 film Aap Mujhe Achche Lagne Lage. Hrithik's uncle Rajesh
Roshan has also given music for three of his films, including Aap Mujhe
Achche Lagne Lage in 2002, Inteha in 2003 and Aetbaar in 2004. But Bhatt
has refused the offer.
While Rakesh Roshan said, "Vikram and I casually met up and discussed future plans", Bhatt remained unavailable for comment.
A source close to Filmkraft revealed, "Vikram told Rakesh that while he
would have loved to direct a film for him, his focus right now is Mr X
starring Emraan Hashmi whose shooting schedule is being constantly
modified since he needs to be with his ailing child in Canada." The
source added that the meeting ended amicably with both agreeing to
collaborate on projects in the future.
