I'm not pregnant, says Eva Mendes

Eva Mendes has denied rumours that she might be pregnant with her first child.The 39-year-old actress, who is believed to have recently split from her long-term boyfriend, actor Ryan Gosling, caused a stir when she arrived at Los Angeles' LAX Airport on Saturday.

Arriving at the security point for a routine preflight check, Mendes reportedly told officers she would not be able to pass through the body scanner 'because she's pregnant', which she now vehe- mently denies.

A representative for the actress said: 'She has never gone through the scanners at the airport, she has always elected to be hand checked instead.'
